Why Okra is good for us?

Have you ever tried to eat it? It takes only a few minutes to make and prepare at the table, and it may be eaten immediately. And it’s so simple to appreciate. First, make fried garlic with or without chili flakes. Second, cut the lady’s finger into small pieces. Mix the lady’s finger with garlic, chili flakes, and a little soy sauce. And, surprise, our dish is ready; let’s eat first.

Okra is containing a high-vitamin A & C vegetable. It also contains several antioxidants that aid in the treatment of major ailments including as cancer, diabetes, stroke, and heart disease.

Therefore as matter of fact, it is vital that we understand the origins of the food that we eat. Or, at the very least, grow vegetables in your vacant lot. So that, we know the vegetables still high in vitamins.
